In 2011, United Way of Forsyth County funds helped support 60 programs that assisted
thousands of people in our community. Children and youth succeeded, families
and individuals achieved self-sufficiency, senior adults were strengthened and
a safety net of essential human care services was maintained.
With your help, United Way of
Forsyth County can continue to work with community partners to deliver programs
and services that target community needs and provide the
building blocks for a
good life. Everyone deserves a quality EDUCATION
that leads to stable employment, enough INCOME
to support a family through all of life’s stages, sound mental and physical HEALTH and solid support system of BASIC NEEDS in times of crisis.
In order to succeed, we need you. We
need you to invest. To invest your time. To invest your money. When we work
together, we can make the greatest impact in the lives of thousands of people
right here in our community each and every day.
The good news is that together
–UNITED- we can do more, help more and make more of a difference than any of us
could ever do alone.
